Steixner - your hosts

Gasthof Steixner has been a house of tradition from time immemorial. The history of the farm itself goes back to the 18th century. In 1967 our parents Monika and Hans Hirschhuber bought and took over the business. Since the reopening in 1968 some renovation and rebuilding work followed. At the "Stuixna", clubs and group of regulars meet in Weer, families celebrate and guests enjoy their vacation. Steixner is a place like home. For over 20 years, Eva Hirschhuber, daughter of the house, has been keeping track of the business and is active in all areas. Christian Hirschhuber, son of the house, is responsible for culinary variety and enjoyment in the kitchen.
